As summer begins, we are invited to pause and notice what is flourishing within us and what continues to ask for our energy. Together, we will gather in a nurturing space of breath, movement, reflection, and connection. Beginning with the gentle essence of the Aura-Soma Pink Pomander, we open the heart through the energies of self-love, compassion, and tenderness. From this place, we will move through a carefully guided journey including mindful movement, rhythmic breathwork, meditation, journaling, and integration practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the deeper wisdom that lives within. Just as a garden requires both sunlight and care, growth asks us to consciously nourish what we wish to cultivate while gently releasing the patterns, beliefs, and energies that no longer support our unfolding. This experience offers an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and turn toward what is ready to be illuminated.
