Service Description
A deeply restorative breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional settling, and a gentle return to yourself at the start of the week. This session is centered around softening—guiding the body out of stress, tension, and mental overwhelm, and into a state of steadiness, presence, and support. Through slow, intentional breathing patterns, with an emphasis on extended exhales, the nervous system is supported in shifting toward a more regulated and grounded state. Rather than working through intensity or activation, this experience invites you to slow down. It offers space to release the subtle layers of tension that build over time and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and sustainable. Each session begins with a gentle arrival into the body, allowing you to transition out of the pace of your day. Light somatic movement is introduced to help unwind surface tension and bring awareness back into the body. From there, you will be guided into slow, rhythmic breathing patterns that support softening, internal awareness, and a sense of ease. A consistent guided meditation is woven into each session, gently bringing you back to the heart space and reconnecting you with how you want to feel. From this place, you are supported in settling into a more centered and grounded state, allowing your body to anchor into a sense of calm, clarity, and internal support. There is no expectation to achieve anything in this space. You are invited to move at your own pace, listening to your body and allowing your experience to unfold naturally.
