The power of a mother's love for her children is limitless. As mothers, we consciously connect not only with our children, but with the lineage of all the mothers who came before us. The ripple of this connection is profound. Together we gather with the shared intention that our children feel safe, held and deeply nourished. with each breath and prayerful intention, we amplify this love-grounding into our sacred roots so that we may be a lifeline for our children, a steady sanctuary they can energetically return to. through downregulating breathing patterns, woven with music and meditation, we regulate our own nervous systems and create the capacity to co regulate our children from a place of love. This is a practice of embodying your Divine Mother Essence-where every breath becomes a prayer, a blessing and a shield of love sent to our children.
