Service Description

Developing as a facilitator is an ongoing journey of building skill, confidence, presence and trust in yourself. Personalized mentorship gives you dedicated space to ask questions, refine your facilitation, receive guidance and deepen the way you hold space for others. This private 60 minute mentorship session is designed specifically for Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitators whether you are currently completing your training, preparing for certification or already facilitating sessions of your own. Together, we can focus on whatever will best support your development, confidence and growth as a facilitator. This may include preparing for a practice session, working through questions from your training, strengthening your opening talk or visualization, choosing music and creating session flow, preparing for your final exam and certification, planning a class, refining how you share your sessions or navigating questions that arise as you begin bringing your work into the world. As a Lead Elemental Rhythm Educator, I have guided and mentored numerous facilitators through their Level 1 training, practicum, certification and transition into leading their own experiences. My approach goes beyond the mechanics of facilitating a breathwork session. I place particular emphasis on the skills and art of facilitation; cultivating presence, attunement, confidence, integrity, and authenticity; learning to trust yourself in the facilitator role and developing your own authentic voice while remaining grounded in the proven Elemental Rhythm method. Mentorship is also an opportunity to refine the subtleties of holding space; how you meet the people in front of you, respond to what is unfolding in the room and create an environment where participants feel held while remaining connected to their own experience. Whether you want guidance around an upcoming session, feedback on something you are creating, or dedicated time to deepen your skills and clarity, our session will meet you where you are in your facilitator journey. Please note: Facilitator Mentoring is specifically focused on your development as an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator. It is separate from personal coaching or Integration Coaching.
