You’ll receive essential knowledge to feel prepared for childbirth, while also being guided through breathwork and supportive awareness practices to help you move through this transformative time with confidence and grace. Whether you're birthing in a hospital, birth center, or at home, this class supports you in making informed choices, cultivating trust in your body, and preparing your mind and heart for the journey ahead. What’s Included: * Stages of labor & what to expect * Comfort measures & natural pain management tools * Partner or caregiver support roles * Birth preferences & advocacy * Breathwork techniques to regulate the nervous system * Preparation for the transition into parenthood This 4-hour session can be scheduled as one comprehensive class (with a short integration break), or split into two 2-hour sessions for a more spacious experience — depending on your preference.
