Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator Training Step into your role as an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator—guide, space holder, and heart-led leader—through a 50+ hour immersive certification designed to deepen personal practice and support responsible facilitation of transformational breathwork experiences. This training integrates embodied practice, somatic integration, facilitation skills, breathing fundamentals, and trauma-aware foundations. Participants learn the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Breathwork Transformational Journey, which follows a consistent structure across all rhythmic breathing cycles and meditation. Elemental Rhythm works with four distinct cycles—Coherence, Flow, Breakthrough, and Catalyst—each offering unique energetic and physiological effects while remaining interchangeable within the same session framework. Breakthrough is the signature Elemental Rhythm cycle and the primary focus of the training, providing the clearest foundation for facilitation, structure, and session flow; once embodied, other cycles integrate seamlessly. The journey includes Epic Awareness Meditation, woven into the breathwork timeline to support insight, emotional processing, and integration, with this training focusing on the Inner Child Epic Awareness Meditation.
