Step into your role as an Elemental Rhythm breathwork facilitator, as a guide, space holder and heart led leader with the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator Training- a powerful and comprehensive journey designed to deepen your personal practice while equipping you to support others through transformational breathwork experience. This 75+ hour certification program combines immersive training, somatic integration, practical facilitation skills and trauma aware foundations. You'll learn to confidently lead Elemental Rhythm Breathwork journeys that support emotional release, nervous system balance and soul level connection . Whether you are answering an inner calling or expanding the ways you already serve, this training is for those who breath in their bones-who know they are here to hold space for transformation, embodiment and reconnection. It is for those who carry wisdom in their bodies, who walk with intention and who are ready to bring their gifts forward in a deeper way. What’s Included: In Person Workshop: 2 full days of immersive training (16 hours) Weekly Integration Zoom Calls: 1–1.5 hours per week over 4 weeks (6 hours) Self-Practice Facilitator Course / Home Study: Daily breathwork and reflection assignments (20 hours) Partner Practice Calls: Weekly sessions with a fellow trainee to deepen facilitation skills (12 hours) 10 Independent Practice Sessions: Facilitate full Elemental Rhythm sessions with family, friends, or clients (15 hours) Final Examination: Audio-recorded Elemental Rhythm session for review (2 hours) Trauma-Informed Foundations Course (5 hours) Breathwork Fundamentals Course (5 hours) Private WhatsApp Group: Stay connected with your facilitators and peers for support, feedback, and community At Sacred Roots, breathwork is more than a technique-its a sacred remembering.
